These shorts fit nicely and prevent chafing. The material is awesome for all types of activities, and I absolutely love the design. Cool, back pocket zipper too to carry something small while running. The best thing about Lululemon clothing is the quality and how long it lasts! I still have pants from 4 years ago that haven't aged a day.

Great lightweight hat for running and hiking. Has protected me from the sun nicely and is comfortable too!

Absolutely amazing hydration pack. I've been looking for one for a while, and I picked this up about a month ago. Great quality for the value and also holds up to 3 litres of water, so lasts for most hikes. Very simple design with one very large compartment, and also very lightweight so you can barely feel it on. I recommend giving it a try!

These shoes are incredibly comfortable. For trail running you're always wondering about the stability over roots and tripping over rocks. These Brooks trail shoes have the perfect combination of flexibility and stability for any conditions. I've taken these shoes to Garibaldi Lake and Joffre Lakes BC, and looking forward to hiking Kauai in Hawaii for 10 days at the end of August in these!

These shoes are incredibly comfy, great support and are my favourite colour purple :) Awesome cross trainer for hiking, running and working out! Have had them for 4 years and they are still going strong!

This mat came with me to my yoga teacher training in Baja, California. It was truly amazing, and held through intense training, day in and day out. It's also eco friendly and uses no toxic materials. Incredibly padded, great grip, and extremely comfortable. Highly recommend :)

I like this bag because it is nice and thin but yet fits all the things I need to have with me. It keeps the weight close to my body which is better for my back and posture. Lots of pockets. Good for hiking or venturing through the city running errands. Also comes with a rain guard which in Vancouver is a must!

It's a smooth ride. Light and super easy to shift gears. Great for long distance rides. Going on 4 years with this bike and still love it! Overall lots of fun to ride!
