I got these shoes specifically to hike the Kalalau Trail on Kauai, and they were amazing! I was looking for a shoe that is comfortable, durable and provides the traction I need for muddy trails. I also wanted a shoe that was lightweight, as I didn't want to haul hiking boots on my trip. The Cascadia 10 has all of these features and more! Incredibly comfortable with a ton of trail support. They also have have a pivot technology on each corner of the shoe that prevents your feet from rolling. These shoes also come in some very cool colors. I decided on the grey/green but you can also get a deep blue or bright orange. Highly recommend these shoes for all trail running and hiking.

I got these skis brand new at the beginning of this season, and they are a great ride. They are all-mountain skis that are great for carving and quick, effortless turns. Also fairly decent in the park off kickers too. If you are going to be doing lots of powder skiing, I would get specific powder skis. I had trouble with these guys in the thick fresh snow. Other than that, highly recommend if you're looking for a solid advanced ski for all areas of the mountain.

I know there are a lot of different frames out there, but these Spy's have got to be with the best of them. These are the After Party Happy Lens colour, and they are hands down the best goggles I've ever used. My last Spy's had a defect, so I called Spy and they replaced them with these. Fantastic customer service. The frames on the Doom are so wide that vision is incredible. I also highly recommend getting the Happy Lens, as they make everything on the mountain look so crisp.

I've used Wilson racquets my entire life, but made the switch to Babolat about a year ago now. I haven't looked back. The power, combined with control and spin I get doesn't compare to any of the racquets I've used before. The action you see on forehands and kick serves is phenomenal. The 'Plus' model is slightly longer than the regular size, so I personally enjoy the extra reach it gives me on wide balls. A great high performance racquet for anyone looking to take their game to the next level.

I've never worn a warmer jacket in my life. On the mountain, this thing protects you and keeps you cozy in absolutely any weather. I usually just wear a t-shirt on underneath, so best for colder riding. It also has a wicked seasons pass holder on the left sleeve for easy convenience. Highly recommend Superdry when it comes to snow gear. The retro look and style is rad too.

These shoes have withstood the test of time over the last couple years. It's no wonder they were made for Rafa on clay at the French Open. The durability on these shoes is up there with the best of them. I originally got these shoes back in college, and up until recently, I still had them kicking around. I'm not a big toe dragger, but the side support has stayed in tact for years. The only part that actually wore through was the sole, but hey after 5+ years, that isn't too bad. Obviously the style points are what primarily made me want to get the Courtballistec, however they were perfect for my grinder gamestyle. It is honestly worth spending a little more money and getting a higher quality shoe thats going to last a little longer. I have always preferred Nike Tennis since they give me a nice narrow fit around my feet. This model is tough to find these days, but ebay has a couple kicking around. Definitely worth finding!

I've had this watch for about 4 years now, and it feels almost like new. These watches last for a long time, and surprisingly stay in wicked condition. My G-Shock is white and the color hasn't faded whatsoever. Since these watches are waterproof, it's basically on my wrist all summer wherever I go. You can wear it for almost anything, and I even wear it to play tennis! Very stylish of course, but also very useful. The reason this watch is so good for activities like hiking is because it so lightweight and sporty, but you also don't need to be worried about damaging it since it's so durable. Standard timing features, backlit display, and hard rubber material that's very scratch resistant. Going to be getting a black one soon too!

Last season was the first year I used these goggles. All I have to say is absolutely insane....Not only is the style impossible to beat, but the quality is very high end. The lenses are absolutely massive, so vision is the best it possibly could be. Ventilation is also stellar, so these goggles never fog up. The lenses are interchangeable, so if you want a different colour, you can just swap them out for something else. I have had Spy sunglasses in the past, so I know the quality, and I was happy to know their ski goggles are on par. Highly recommend these goggles to up your game as the performance is top notch.

I have been on skis since I was a little kid, but there was a span of 5-6 years where I did next to nothing. I recently got back into it last season, and I needed a set up to get me back into the swing of things. These Head skis got the job done! Since at the start of the season I was basically a beginner again, these worked out great. I did improve towards the end of the season so I will be looking for a more advanced set up next year, but happy with my purchase on these nevertheless. If you are a beginner and looking for something simple to start, I highly recommend.

Like most shoes, I usually go with Nike. The Lunarswift 4's are no exception and are top notch. I have used these from everything to long distance running, to cross training, to tough hikes. There are a slip in model, with laces covering the outside, so your feet are more than secure and stable throughout. Very narrow fit almost like a glove, and extremely lightweight for fast movement. Great quality too, have lasted me for almost 2 years. Great shoe if you want something versatile and high quality for a variety of activities.

These are simply great golf shoes. Very comfortable and awesome traction. I have been playing with them for a few years and the durability is there as well. Good for all weather, and even heavy rain too.

These are wicked headphones. I was originally sold on the whole Beats trend, however when I got the headphones I was surprised how good the quality actually was. Maybe not up to Bose standards, but very good regardless. Beats definitely wins in the style category, and the quick remote on the aux cord is great for convenience. These are over the ear headphones, and not noise cancelling. The only downfall I would say is that other people can hear the music you're playing sometimes if your volume is substantially high. Other than that, these are great headphones for low movement activities. I lift weights with them on all the time, and they work great!

This is my friends' camera, and I have to say the GoPro 3+ is absolutely incredible. It takes insane photos and videos, at extremely wide angles. The new wireless functionality allows you to connect to your phone so you can see and upload all your pics right on your smartphone. It's such a lightweight and sleek camera that you can take it basically anywhere. No matter what activity you do, this is the camera to have with you to capture any moment. I'm pretty sure the jump from the 2 to 3 was very big, so I definitely recommend at least going with the 3 or 3+. Regardless, this camera is 100% a must, you won't regret it.

I've had this bag for a few years now, and honestly it's one of the best backpacks i've ever used. There is literally a compartment for everything, laptop, wallet, keys, change, yoga, wet, dry, everything. A bit of a higher end bag compared to others, but lulu gets it right with this one. My bag is still going strong, and no rips or tears. I personally use mine on the mountain all the time, and there has never been an issue. Not waterproof, but comes with a stowable water-resistant cover. If you're considering a good backpack for lots of activity use, this is a great choice.

Some people would probably say I'm obsessed with these hats, owning multiples. They are very multi-purpose in use, everything from casually going out, to hiking. For me, its the style of the short brim, and flex fit for maximum comfort. It's the perfect hat for going out to do your thing and still want to look stylish without looking like you put much work in :)

So I will be honest, I don't buy a lot of Lululemon clothing because it is arguably very overpriced. However, their clothes last for such a long time because the quality is actually so high. So as with anything, a lot of the time its worth spending a bit more because you will simply have it and enjoy it longer. This zip up I've had for years now, and it seriously still looks brand new. Great for any activity - I use it warming up for tennis, skiing on the mountain under my jacket and also every time I hike. I definitely recommend checking out anything on their men's line. Even if you just own one or two things from Lululemon, you'll be sure to have it for quite some time.

So these pants I borrowed last season from my friend, and my goodness are they a great wear. The gore-tex material makes them last for a very long time, I think he's had them for almost 4 years now. They have zippers on both legs to open up and allow for airflow, and they have massive pockets for easy access to things like cell phones, mp3 players, all while being extremely protected from the snow. Burton usually throws down a fairly high quality product all around, and these are no different. Years ago I had a AK jacket as well, and it lasted about 8 years. Long story short, the AK line is worth every penny.

So after having this glove for many years, I can accurately say it works. Its great in the rain, and in sunny weather also. Its made with a very coarse material that allows you to get a great grip on the club. Over time the material does slowly start to rip, but nothing compared to other gloves on the market. This is easily one of the strongest gloves I've ever played with.

I purchased these boots along with the beginner skis at the start of this season, so they fit fairly well together. It's a standard boot and got the job done, perfect for anyone learning to ski. I'm definitely upgrading next season to something more appropriate for my level. I've heard that it is almost better to spend more on the boots than it is on the actual skis. There is no substitute for how comfortable your feet are on that mountain, so definitely find a boot thats right for you.

This helmet is amazing! It fits so well around my head, and the warmth is so good that there is no need to wear any tuques underneath either. The best part about his helmet is the SPEAKERS! Absolutely unreal to jam to on the mountain without worrying about taking earbuds in and out separately. It even has a volume control on the jack for easy access. Very classy helmet...I absolutely love it. Will never go without a speaker helmet ever again. Highly recommend this!

I used the Ksix-One 95 all throughout college and its a fantastic frame. Its a great high performance racquet with a solid mix of control and power. Much more forgiving than the model Federer plays with seeing that its more stiff. I enjoy the larger string pattern over the 16x80 because it gives a larger sweet spot on your shots. This is also a very versatile racquet, allowing good pop on groundstrokes, control on volleys and accuracy on serves.

This is one of my favorite watches, and one of the biggest reasons why is that it is an all purpose automatic! I absolutely hate when batteries run out, so I have now moved to automatic watches and they make everything so much easier. Sure you might have to re-set the time on your watch here and there, but its completely worth it not having to worry about the battery. This Kenneth Cole model is super slick, and can be used to dress up in or as you can see go on hikes with! Very unique face to this watch as well. I would suggest looking into any of their watches, usually pretty well done.

These weights may be the single best purchase I have ever made. I used to do P90X Plus, so this is where I was originally introduced to them. Always moving and in different places, not knowing if I will be close to a gym, I had to get them. They work exactly how you see them. You turn the dial on both sides to the same weight, and just pull the weight out and its ready to use. I went with the 5lb to 52.5lb model, because it was all I needed. These weight ranges allow me to do everything from a solid upper body workout, to squats. If you're looking for a way to workout without leaving your house, and want a solution that takes up to no space at all, get these weights. You will never regret it, its like having a gym wherever you live.

Epic Wedge! Gives lots of spin on the ball, and great feel around the greens. Cleveland at its best!
